Unparalleled Value for Investment

In 2008, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth served 8,600 at-risk kids through Core Programs who are members of our seven Clubs.

We accomplished the impressive results described above for a remarkably low cost: Annual expenses per child range from $300 - $600, depending on the breadth of service needed to help the child succeed.

To put this in perspective, it cost $44,000 a year for a child to be in the custody of Tarrant County Juvenile Services.

Our organization models the fiscal responsibility of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, whose efficient use of financial resources has won national recognition. The Chronicle of Philanthropy ranked BGCA as No. 15 among all non-profit organizations, and No. 1 among youth organizations for the 15th consecutive year.
