Daphne's first introduction to the Boys & Girls Club was as a volunteer in 1998. In February 2001, she joined the organization as an employee. Since that time, Daphne has served in a variety of capacities, including fund development, program management and administration. In her current position, she is responsible for a $7.5 million annual budget and Club programs that enriched the lives of 8,600 youth in 2008. Daphne has a B.S. in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University and a Master's of Public Health (emphasis in administration) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. When not doing the work of the Boys & Girls Club, Daphne spends time with her husband and four children.
Paul Anderson has dedicated himself to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth since joining the board in 2006. Through both personal volunteering and that of his company—he's been with BNSF Railway for more than 21 years—Paul has provided hours of service and valuable insight into operations and programming for the Clubs.
